I’m Hannah — the founder of Di Fichi Grazing, a cheese board enthusiast, and a passionate curator of beautiful, delicious moments.
My journey began in Southern California, where I launched my first grazing company and fell in love with the art of bringing people together through food. Life then took me to Chamonix, France, where I immersed myself in the rich cheese and charcuterie traditions of the Alps. From the nutty depth of Comté and the creamy elegance of Reblochon to the rustic charm of Tomme de Savoie (a memorable favorite), I spent my days exploring regional flavors that celebrated craftsmanship and culture.
Now based in Aspen, Colorado, I’ve brought all those flavors, memories, and inspiration with me to create Di Fichi Grazing — a business rooted in joy, connection, and unforgettable food.
Each grazing box and board is thoughtfully designed to showcase the best of local and international cheeses, charcuterie, fresh and dried fruits, crisp crudités, nuts, sweet treats, and artisanal crackers.
